2. 2. User interface

The JAVA applet creates an interactive user interface which runs on the client's site (Figure 3). This user interface is presently restricted to functions required for the prototype application. However, the user interface may be as complex as necessary. The JAVA language offer a rich suite of methods for user interaction which were explored in earlier applications such as the interactive design of aerodynamic profiles[12], the Vectorize Tool [13] and the 3D geometry viewer [14]
