As discussed before, the gr tools will leave the function- and comment lines unchanged (unless not specified in the tool). Often the accurance of those lines is not useful. For those cases, these lines can be turned of by -nocomments (shortcut: -noc) and -nofunctions (Shortcut: -nof).
